Christ Church Children's Ministry helps children from infancy through the 5th grade to discover Jesus as their Savior and equips parents to love and bless their children throughout their lives.

About Children's Ministry

We provide children with age-appropriate encounters with Jesus Christ through worship, Bible study, and opportunities to serve others. We also encourage parents in their role as the primary teachers and spiritual guides in the lives of their children.

Nursery @ All Worship Services

Infants & Toddlers (ages 0-3). Our professionally-staffed Nursery is where our youngest children experience the love of God by feeling secure, resting, playing, and learning.Nursery is available for all regular worship services, and often for major events, on-campus groups, and studies.

Sunday School @ 9:15 & 11 a.m.

Preschool-5th Grade. Children study God’s word in classrooms that are brightly decorated and inviting to children. Caring teachers and assistants welcome the children, teach them from the Bible and our Anglican heritage, and reinforce the lesson through activities, crafts, and song. Our third, fourth and fifth grade classes will join their families in the sanctuary halfway through the worship service for Holy Communion.

GAP45 @ Wed 6:30 - 8 p.m.

4-5th Grade. GAP45 is designed to give pre-teens a time to build relationships with Jesus, their friends, and adult volunteers. Students enjoy Bible study and small group discussion alongside group games. GAP45 also sponsors events such as bowling, rock climbing, movie nights, and an overnight retreat.

Communion Discovery Class

2nd Grade @ Sun 9:15 & 11 a.m. Understanding the Eucharist is central to instructing young Christians in the Anglican tradition. Communion Discovery guides students through teachings on the liturgy, Anglican theology, the Bible and communion itself. Students also meet with members of the clergy and Altar Guild.

Fast Track for 2-5th Grade. In the spring, there is also a special fast track class for 2nd through 5th grade students who might have missed this class in Sunday school.
